When i thought of this week’s theme, Blackpool tower immediately sprung to mind and then I found this pic, with not just the tower, but the big wheel on central prom and a crane! Lots of metal there

Great idea for the metal theme. I’ve been noticing cranes for some reason lately. They can be very beautiful.

Nice combination there Rach. I have been wanting to get onto one of those wheels but still have not had the opportunity to do so. I heard that it is beautifully lighted up at night

A great photo! I was just in Blackpool last September, but was only at the airport, briefly, flying out to Barcelona. The kid is living in Lancaster and attending the university there.

The Eifel Tower has been up – so should Blackpool’s. A natural for the theme. Thanks for the visit and have a good holiday weekend… at Blackpool, perhaps ?
