Spent the day shopping with Sarah before heading up to the flix. Watched House of Wax – Sarah’s choice, not mine.
Two words for any one thinking about it – don’t bother! It has to be the worst film I have seen this year, if not ever! The highlight was watching Paris Hilton run away from the scary bad man in red lingerie (this is where is got so bad you had to laugh), and even that is enough to put most of their popcorn!
Last Friday I drunkenly agreed to go to the casino with Rob this week. Finished work at ten and headed to the woolie with Anna, who ‘was only coming out for one drink’.
3AM and we leave the casino, after having to surgically remove Neil from the Blackjack tables. Was feeling very impressed with myself for winning a whole £1.80 on roulette (screens not tables), until I introduced Rob to the game and watched him win £20!

Paula’s not leaving for another week, but with it being super-dupa pay day, we went out tonight . After a few drinks in the woolie, we went for a curry at Sanjoys. Pics now on the gallery, click on Paula and Spanky to take a look
Cutler’s been transfer listed! Rah!!!!!!!! Now we just have to buy a decent keeper – no offence to Jamie, but he’s still got a lot to learn, but bless he’s only a babby …
In the last few weeks I’ve had various people tell me how long I should take ranging from 1 – 6 hours or not finishing at all
Well I finished it and the official times are in:

Apparently Charlie Walduck (the bloke featured on This Morning for going down from 44 stone to just over 20) crossed the finishing line before me, but had a longer time of 1hr 55 mins, so he didn’t beat me after all! I was overtaken by Sale Shark’s Sharky, Batman, Robin and Scooby Doo though!
Mum and Sarah are considering joining me in next year’s run…Sarah’s curently browsing the brochure to see which charity gives the best goodie bags
We should’ve won – simple as that .
My only other thought is I’m sure Viera was red carded for 2 yellow card offences just before Reyes was…in which case surely he shouldn’t have been allowed to take a penalty?
Met Neil and Daz in Woolie for couple of drinks tonight, which turned into a couple more and then on to the casino. Only lost £20 on Roulette – was doing well until they changed dealers grr
Any how, Neil after a few to drink decided to have a cigar (tell tale sign of inebriation) and started to tell us how Cuban cigars are illegal – after googling it found they def are in US, but will wait until I can type without concentrating lots to work out if they are in the UK…
….
to Sproggy Woo who has her exams later today..hopefully the revising you’ve done will pay off.
tired
• adjective in need of sleep or rest; weary.
A week tomorrow is The Great Manchester Run, which means not only will I be up and awake in the middle of Manchester at 9 AM by choice, but I will be further trying to kill myself by doing the 10k run!
Anyone wondering why, the answer’s simple…to raise a bit of money for Kirty’s Appeal. Kirsty was born with her heart back to front and in February 1999 was given only 6 weeks to live. She stole everyone’s hearts when she led the England team out against Greece pulling behibd her a 45lb Oxygen tank. She is one of the bravest little girls you will ever meet or hear about.
But the money doesn’t go to Kirsty herself…Kirsty is the ‘face’ of Francis House – a children’s hospice in Didsbury. Francis House receives less than 4% government funding, so all the running and caring costs are by voluntary donation only. They need 5 million pounds to survive, so every penny you can donate matters.
I’ll be bringing my sponsorship form into work next week, but for anyone else wanting to sponsor me, please e-mail me at angel@badangel.org.uk
