Today I went shopping at Big W with Mum and Sarah before going to Zoe’s. It sounds as though the school holidays are becoming a bore to Abbas whio ‘persuaded’ us to take them to the park within seconds of arriving. The park is within walking distance, but it seems to take seconds to get there in the car, but hours on foot. Abbas and Saima were happy enough though and spent the rest of the time on the bouncy castle
One from Chery….
This quote has been attributed to Chris Rock:
“You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, and the tallest guy in the NBA is
Chinese. The Swiss hold the America’s Cup, France is accusing the US of arrogance, Germany doesn’t want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named ‘Bush,’ ‘Dick,’ and ‘Colon.’ Need I say more?”
First thing I’ve pinched from Jim

Ok we’ve got about an hour left and so far 172 people blogging for a total of 118 charities have raised 24533.86 dollars
My official total is 188.75 dollars, but some sponsors have put the total in pounds rather than dollars and I also have a further 10 pounds to add from an anonymous sponsor who preferred not to register, which will take my total over the 200 dollars mark – not bad for a days work
But it’s not over yet, so if you haven’t donated as yet, please go to the Project Blog site and let’s see if we can make the total raised even more impressive.
