The other day BT had a fire in their underground tunnels, which has caused all sorts of chaos over Manchester…residential phone lines have been down for over 2 days now and you can all imagine what Business phone lines have been like…We’re lucky to have most of ours working again, but was speaking to Angie at the quiz and her office are down to 20 inbound lines only.

Ho hum, at home have had no problems what so ever.. Am so glad I ditched BT, who have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with….this including RBS who took 4 years (yes you did read that correctly) to send me my P45 and British Gas who took a year to work out I’d closed my account at the flat with them
